Test Conditions: Mixing ratio of components A : B = 1 : 1, 180°CX 2 min.

 

 

 

 

Usage

Mix A: B=10:1, vacuum deformation, pour molding.Two kind curing agents available: one is CAT-1440, operation time is 25-35mins under 30°C. Another one is CAT-1440-L, operation time is 50-70mins under 30°C. Customers can have choice basing on their production requirement.Do not contact with such ionic compound as N,P,S and vinyl compounds, especial PVC.Do not mix A and B when weighing the materials to avoid materials cure before use.

 

Containers

Available in 20 kg pail kit.

 

Storage and shelf life

After unpacked, consume the materials immediately or keep them in hermetic containers timely.Keep the materials in dry and cool places, do not expose to sunshine.A, B unmixed can be kept 24months under room temperature(25°C)
